A new symbol in Kabukicho, Shinjuku! Opening on Shinjuku Toho BLDG 1F!
With cafe dining at noon, and Indian cuisine and liquor by night.
Cobara Cafe's theme is "Spicy & Healthy."
Relax in a stylish store interior, accessible both as a cafe and for meals.
Experienced with popular Indian stores, our head chef makes an authentic curry with a base of over 16 varieties of spices and vegetables including tumeric, ginger, and cumin. Using an indoor tandoor oven at a high heat of over 350 degrees to cook our prided naan bread, the outside is crunchy and the inside fluffy and springy! It is perfectly suited to curry!
