When we were children, my mother used to say this when taking us to a restaurant to eat.
We want Budouya to be such a place.
We want people to enjoy dishes made with expensive, rare ingredients and seasonal ingredients people can't usually eat at home. Rather than being a restaurant which is full of 100 people, we are happy to be a restaurant where people want to come 100 times.
