Wonderful, region-based Japanese cooking, great fantasy, excellent fish and sauces, good choice of sake.

“Beautiful lunch”
Our 1st group lunch in Tokyo for an architecture trip. Great introduction to local high-end dining. I had no sushi (only cooked fish). Space (in the basement of a high rise) was divided into separate traditional-style dining rooms so our group of 20 was split up. Other diners (not part of our g...roup) were in other private rooms. Good tasting and pretty presentations.
