Our udon noodles are handmade on the premises. We only serve noodles made that day. Taste our freshly made and just cooked delicious udon noodles! We also have udon noodle dishes using regional ingredients from Kyoto.
Ozuru's udon noodles are handmade. They are supple, soft, silky and smooth. We offer udon dishes that are unique to Kyoto using lots of regional ingredients - yuba (bean curd skins), namafu (gluten rice cake). Kyoto style pickled vegetables and regional vegetables from Kyoto.
