Average pizza’s. Mains arrived about 15 minutes apart, first was cold and second was very soggy in the middle. Would not recommend or return

Centro make delicious thin crust pizzas and pasta dishes with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful and we returned a few days later to sample more of the menu. It’s close to Kyoto station and we’ll worth a visit.

Love the Japanese food but just needed a rest after a week solid so stumbled into this place. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The food was excellent. Been in two nights on the trot. May yet make a third before leaving Kyoto and going back on the local cuisine.

It was my first time in Japan and I have to admit I was struggling a bit with the food. After a few days of Japanese food I was craving for something more familiar and came upon this precious jewel of restaurant. My first dinner there was sirloin meat with mashed potatoes as side dish. Perfect! The ...meat was very tender and the mashed potatoes well seasoned. The ciabatta bread was also amazingly good. I had to come back for a second dinner, for sure, and that time I ordered the pappardelle pasta with pork meat ragu sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce, oh god, so good ! The waiters and staff were also very welcoming and proud of the good food they make. I fully recommend this restaurant! Thanks a lot!

Centro is a nice Italian restaurant near Kyoto station. The delicious pizza's, it's cozy atmosphere and the very friendly staff make Centro a great place, especially when your done eating Japanese food.
