Traditional Hegi-soba noodles made with our shopkeeper's thoroughly vetted Hokkaido-made soba flour.

Using Hokkaido-made soba flour! Traditonal Hegi-soba noodles.
Their springy body comes from using "funori" seaweed as a filler.
Perfectly chewy and gulpable soba noodles with deeply dark flavor of soba tsuyu made with bonito dashi stock.
Orders may be placed by the bundle, so you can enjoy an amount right for you.
