Our store received its name from Japan's first prime minister, Ito Hirobumi. Since 1888, 120 years after the lifting of the ban on puffer fish cuisine, to deliver delicious "fugu" we use thoroughly controlled fine quality tiger blowfish prepared with a superior texture and flavour year-round. For the "green onion" so indispensable to puffer fish cuisine a specialty product is air-lifted from Shimonoseki, and for ponzu sauce we prepare our company's own specially made item.
In addition to puffer fish cuisine, at our Tokyo store you can also enjoy other scrumptious Japanese cuisine assembled with seasonal ingredients.
