“Good dim sum ”
The quality is good compare to china dalian (thick skin). The best dim sum is boiled with shiso. The grilled or steamed one are good too.

“The staff either doesn`t understand English, or understand in a beneficial way.”
We went to this restaurant focusing on the design and found an English menu. However, it is not enough to have a menu, you must be able to convey to the understanding of the waiter. It's not cheap for a Chinese restaurant. I ordered half a bowl of soup and a giosa, but the waiter brought a full one,... and then he counted the same dish twice. You have to be careful here! The staff either doesn`t understand English or understands in a beneficial way. The food quality is acceptable but nothing outstanding.

Nice bite-size dumplings with a crunchy crust. Modern interior, reasonably priced with young pleasant staff.

“Best spot we found in Chinatown. ”
You can always tell a good restaurant because it is busy. After walking all through Chinatown I was not interested by all the hawkers trying to lure you into their restaurant, with empty tables inside. This cosy spot was busy and for a reason. Food is good and service is fast. Everything we tried wa...s good, except the soup dumplings are not as good as you would get in Taiwan or Singapore. You may have to wait to get a spot and if you are a group more than 2 or 3 this might not be the place to go. But it feels authentic, the interior is nice and you don’t feel like you’re a tourist being hustled. I’d go back again.
