"Platinum Pork," a brand pork, and the three major Japanese wagyu beef brands; Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef, and Omi beef, are quickly blanched, then, dipped into a secret dashi sauce to eat up! This specialty dish of ours has frequent customers wanting its deliciousness.
We highly recommend Japanese Kaiseki cuisine that reflects four seasons of Japan cooked by experienced chefs, as well as wagyu steak and sukiyaki.
