“Easily my top restaurant now.....”
Not many restaurants impress me but this one totally rang my bells. Perhaps, we had just gotten off a five-hour flight and just in time for dinner. Or perhaps it was just my tummy in a highly anticipating "hunger-mode." Which ever way I looked at it - this Daikon no Hana had most of the stuff I was ...looking for in an Okinawan meal. I made huge tummy room for GOYA CHAMPURU (their famed bitter gourd and tofu) and their daikon dish was nicely and lightly braised. Along with so many wonderous sashimi, ramen, all manner of seaweed/grapes....and of course, the desserts. The eating was clean and the feeling was light. Suffice to say, I was speechless with joy. And ate like no tomorrow. Which brings me to the final Q: will this warrant repeat visits? Yes! Absolutely! It would be at least one of the most convincing reasons for me to say "hello, again, Okinawa!"

“Great un-pretentious Organic spot in Naha Okinawa.”
One of a few Daikon-no Hana restaurants in Okinawa, my opinion says they are all great. Love the atmosphere, like the photographs of the local farmer in front of whatever produce your grabbing for your plate. Usually I'd say an "organic-local" restaurant would be full of [--], maybe that's just the ...US, I don't know. It's got a nice family and down-to earth atmosphere. Any Americans who happen to be in Okinawa, check it out. Hopefully you know a bit of Japanese, or you know a local there. It's the best kept secret among the Americans to me. Food is great for the price, and the location in Okinawa-Shi even has a chocolate fountain. If your on a budget, I would stick to something cheaper. Nice place regardless. I only wish there was a restaurant like this in the US. WITHOUT the [--]. Imagine that, a Local-Organic restaurant buffett....without [--]. It won't happen in the US.

“Delicious food- great way to try new foods... buffet is perfect for every1.”
There is plenty of locally-sourced food. It is delicious and hot! My favorites are the fried rice, hirami lemonade, and soy milk icecream. They also have a chocolate fondue! dessert and drinks are included in the buffet price!
