Chicken skewers are grilled in various ways according to each food ingredient.
The skewers are prepared in three different methods - chargrilled or straw-grilled dramatically and aromatically, or cooked over embers above a certain distance.
We also serve approximately 30 wine selections consisting of red, white, or sparkling wine at all times, perfectly compatible with our chargrilled chicken skewers.
