This restaurant, located on the 9 floor of JR Hakata building called Amu Plaza, offers mainly Ochazuke specialities- a kind of minestrone in Japanese style. Rice is served in bowl, and you put slices of raw fish (Sashimi) and some seasonings on it, and then you pour soup by yourself. It is really de...licious! If you don't like this style, it is also nice without soup. There are tables and counter seatings. So, even if you are alone, it won't be a problem. Waiters and waitresses are friendly. But a waitress misplaced my plate to other customer and brought back it to me. It shouldn't be happening in a good restaurant.

“sumptious and convenient”
I had a wonderful dinner here. We were on the clock to catch the last train .. conveniently downstairs. High quality fish with delicious tea/soup was just what the doctor ordered. I would happily return.
