Serving Okinawan-brand "Agu Pork" at our restaurant in Tancha, Motobu-cho, Okinawa Prefecture. Enjoy it as shabu-shabu or sukiyaki.
At "Nakigoeigai," we serve the two "Yanbaru-shimabuta" and "Yanbaru-buta" brands of pork.
This is rarely available pork of the highest grade.
Further, we have carefully selected six varieties of salt so that you can enjoy Agu pork all the more.
For dishware we use "Yachimun," one of Okinawa's traditionally crafted wares. The dashi stock in our prided shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, homemade sauce, and eggs all consists of local Okinawan ingredients, resulting in specially-made dishes of superb quality.
