“Ambiance is OK, not so great if you don't speak Japanese”
I love Japan. The people there are very proud. But it's hard because it's one of the few countries, where people are allowed to be in the service industry if they don't speak English. Since this is in a hotel I would assume that the people in the restaurant would speak some English. Regardless, the ...omaksae was good. The view was not what we were expecting, but we still enjoyed our dinner.

“Awesome food, service & ambience! ”
We were recommended this restaurant by a friend & went there for dinner while on a holiday in Tokyo with some friends. It was a Monday night and was relatively quiet. There were many food choices and I selected the Sushi Kaiseiki which came with so many courses I lost count. The service was atte...ntive & food quality was superb. Very fresh and nicely displayed with very lovely wares. Overall we enjoyed the dinner and for the ambience, quality and service and convenience in terms of location for us staying at the nearby hotel, I would highly recommend this restaurant to those who wants all the factors at a price that won’t break the pocket too much.

“Lived up to its reputation! Delicious but Download your Jeenie App before you go!”
This restaurant was in our hotel (Prince Sakura Tower Hotel) but we had heard great things about it before we went so we tried it. It is expensive but was worth every yen! The menu was a combination of fresh ingredients (sashimi that melts in your mouth) + food innovation (very trendy and experiment...al) + authentic flavors (it felt like REAL Japanese not tourist Japanese). The sashimi was buttery and so fresh. Do NOT miss the sea urchin pudding. One word... Wow! Staff does not speak a lot of English and its worth asking questions on the menu so download the Jeenie app before you get there to bring a person up on your phone to help you talk to the waiter/waitress. The restaurant should have its staff using Jeenie to talk to non-Japanese hotel guests.

“They did know how to bring out food with proper timing”
5 people, ordered various items. They brought them out whenever they were ready with absolutely no consideration for the pace of a meal. My salad then tempura came out before any of the other food, so I ate alone. The they food for the other arrived in 2 or 3 shifts and I watched while they ate. ...Not sure where they learned this style of service. Food very average. Oh, and the waitress broke one of our water glasses (which was promptly cleaned up), but never brought a replacement glass or more water. Weird.

“Relaxed and Refined”
We enjoyed our evening meal at Nadaman Takanawa Prime this evening. Being used to English cuisine and the English versions of Japanese food, we found the meals to be fresh, eye catching and tasty. If you love fresh, raw seafood, then you will enjoy their offerings. My husband ate the sashimi and ...sushi, while I ate grilled beef, Tempura vegetables and finished the meal off with Japanese Chestnut Brûlée and ice-cream. It was very enjoyable. The ambience and decor was serene. It overlooks a large Japanese Garden. We enjoyed the meals and the prices were what you would expect to pay in a luxury hotel. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo hotel, which is part of The Marriott Autograph brand.
