Experience the luxury of enjoying the "taste created by Japanese artisans" in an elegant contemporary space.
Founded in the 18th year of Meiji (1885). Encounter with the history of tempura.
Tenkuni began as a small street vendor at present Ginza 4-chome.
Because of the traditional artisan skills and taste that has been faithfully transmitted since our inception, people refer to us as "Tenkuni, veterans of tempura".
Especially, our "Kakiage (mixed tempura" that has been the most famous item since our opening is a masterpiece that only Tenkuni's artisans can make.
We blend the highest quality sesame oil and corn oil.
We use carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan as well as those locally procured in Tokyo.
