Our restaurant first opened as a small tempura stall in the Ginza district 4-Chome.
Since our foundation, we are renowned for our authentic flavors prepared using traditional culinary skills passed down for generations. So our reputation spread by word-of-mouth, Our restaurant is the go-to destination for authentic tempura."
Our specialty dish "kakiage" (deep-fried seafood or vegetable tempura fritters"), is a unique, superb dish prepared authentically by our chefs. It is represent menu of us since foundation.
Our tempura and kakiage are fried in the highest grade of sesame oil blended with corn oil to produce a light, crisp finish into a flavor that never tires and is gentle to the stomach.
Also, our extremely fresh seasonal food ingredients used to prepare our fried dishes are mostly produced in Tokyo.

Without adding any extra coating, our kakiage expands in the oil and fries thoroughly into the core in approximately three minutes, a one-shot feat that requires an exquisite skill.
