Our name means "Heaven's Kitchen & the Emperor's Galley", similar to the Emperor's cook in Japan.
We use the best ingredients sent straight from their source to bring you a new style of Peking Imperial dining, while preserving the flavors of tradition.
Healthy vegetables grown by Nagata farming methods. Premium sharkfin straight from Kesennuma. Zao beef filet straight from the ranch in Yamagata.
