Reservation Process

    Please provide our staff with your reservation requests.

    We will send you an email to verify your email.
  • STEP 3
    We will check seat availability with the restaurant.
  • STEP 4
    We will contact you by e-mail with the result of the reservation.

* Hotel name and phone number
* Check-in/out dates
* Booking name
If you stay at an apartment through room-letting website such as Airbnb, we require the following information.
* Your host's name and phone number
* Check-in/out dates
* Booking name
If you are currently living in Japan, your Japanese cell phone number is needed due to liability reasons.

For a restaurant

  • * Restaurant name and phone number
  • * Reservation date and time (an alternative date and time too)
  • * Number of guests
  • * Are there any children in your group? (If yes, please let us know their ages)
  • * If anyone in your group speaks Japanese (for communication purposes)
  • * If anyone in your group has any food allergies
  • * Any special requests (e.g. seat request, birthday request, or etc.)
Reservation Policy
  • - To book a restaurant, it is required a few days prior to the actual reservation date.
  • - Please note that there are restaurants which do not take reservations from our service due to liability reasons.
  • - If you wish to change/cancel your reservation, please either call the restaurant directly or contact us by the specified cancellation deadline.
  • - GURUNAVI Reservation Support is closed on every Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday.
  • - Customers are responsible for all telephone charges incurred during the reservation process.
