We use the "pearl lotus roots" grown without chemical fertilizers and known for its juicy and crunchy texture.
We have over 20 varieties of healthy lotus root dishes on our menu. The most popular one is the "deep-fried lotus root stuffed with shrimp."
It is made of minced shrimp meat sandwiched between thickly sliced lotus root. The plump and tender shrimp meat and crunchy lotus root pair so well!
Customers can enjoy a variety of lotus root dishes and Japanese sake in a calm, modern Japanese setting while feeling the warmth of the woody interior.
