“Bad customer service”
First of all, we got the wrong menu, and ordered something which was not there anymore. Instead of asking if I wanted something different, I just got something different without having a choice. There is no choice to not receive it, you just have to take it. The food is different than on the pictur...es, I have attached a picture to the photo album. When asking anything about it to the manager, he states that the food will be different from the pictures anyway, and that it can not be returned even when not touched. The feeling that this manager gave us was that he did not really care about us. It was not so busy inside at the time we came in, which there was only 1 waiter doing what he was supposed to do. He was overlooking and trying to bee at tables as fast a possible. The other waiter was chatting about with a japanese couple and when she saw someone with a raised hand she quickly waved the other waiter over. Overall bad customer service and bad quality. Terrible experience overall.
