“Very nice!”
I really had a good experience here, I ate trice in this restaurant while I was staying in Tokyo. The staff was really nice and friendly and they even had a tablet available with an English menu so you could order easily, the only thing is that they have less options on the English menu card. If you... are interested in the full menu you can always ask the staff to give you the Japanese menu card, so you can order everything from the menu. Certainly coming back to this restaurant if I will come to Tokyo again!!

“My favorite Restaurant in Japan”
Doma Doma is actually part of a larger chain - but don't let that put you off. No two restaurants are the same and the food is incredible! As you come from Shibuya station (any exit) - look to your left and you should see the famous 109 department store. Walk to it and as you pass it on your right, ...keep heading up the hill. You should soon arrive (after about 75m) at a Family Mart convenience store (also on your right) and the elevators take you up Dogenzaka Center Building, to the 8th floor. The staff speak limited English but are extremely friendly and professional. Meals are so cheap and amazing - all around Y400-Y500/dish, drinks are similar (approx Y400-Y500 for Shochu mixers or pints of beer). I took my staff here and a large dinner for 3 of us with 2 rounds of drinks each was under Y10,000. Go visit to experience a nice traditional meal/decor with slight modern twist. I come here everytime i'm in Tokyo, but the ones in Kyoto are fantastic as well!
