At Yakiniku Okuu, we use Yamagata brand beef as well as carefully selected domestic beef (Japanese black beef) and fresh vegetables from contracted farms, offering our hospitality to each and every customer.
We serve different cuts every day, but rare cuts such as chuck flaps, meat around ribeye rolls, rare part of fillet, and ribeye rolls are offered. Be sure to try them when you visit our restaurant.
