“Delicious food, reasonable prices”
We ate here twice because it was so good. The food was very tasty and a welcome change from Japanese food. Our eggplant and tofu dish was amazing as was the chicken and cashews. Service the first time was wonderful but not as good with a different waiter the second time.

Service was good but the food is awful. Barely any meat in the dishes almost all fat. Extremely expensive for what they serve. We even had a hair in our 60 USD oyster sirloin dish. A terrible disappointment. I would advise the Cerulean to close this restaurant as it is ruining their reputation.

“Delicious and Quick!!!”
We had stumble upon this restaurant by chance while walking out of the hotel and didn't have any expectations of it. We were dining with children who do not eat spicy so I can't attest to how authentically szechwan the meals are. The highlights of the meal was XO Beef - Wagyu, super tender and wel...l seasoned, had to ask for 1 more order even though we were so full. Scallop with Dried Tomato - The scallops were very very sweet, but I would've asked for a different sauce next time. Xiao Long Bao - 2 piece per order, juicy and just the right texture for me. Steamed fish was very delicate and balanced. Despite what the waiter might tell you, the portions are quite sizable. We ordered 6 dish + 3 Xiao Long Bao for 7 of us and we almost couldn't finish it. The rice is really good even though the portion is so small, so order extras!!!

“A joke to Szechuan cuisine.”
Stayed in Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel and heard that this szechuan restaurant is top notch, chef/owner supposed to be someone highly rated. I ordered Fish in chilli oil 水煮鱼 , costing over 4100 Yen. When the dish arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes and had to check with the waitress if this is the dis...h I ordered. It could a couple of them to check my order, then the menu and finally a chinese speaking waitress confirmed this is the dish. Frankly, I have eaten szechuan 水煮鱼 in China cities, in Singapore and even in states and many many authentic chinese restaurants, this is the first time I ever seen and tasted a 水煮鱼 and doesn't look and taste anywhere near. I am truly disappointed. The chinese waitress tried to explain without actually addressing and I sense even she wasn't convinced. I don't recommend spending a single dime in this restaurant. There are several other cheaper and authentic chinese / szechuan restaurants in Tokyo.

“Japan Trip October”
I ate at this restaurant one night and the food was great. My son and I did not have a reservation and they put us at a counter facing a white out glassed wall. I thought this is where all diners without reservations were sent to eat. The white out glass soon turned visible and we were looking at t...he kitchen and could watch the chefs preparing dinner. That was real cool and it turns out that this was the best seat in the house. We had sweet/sour sea bream, spicy fried rice and a pork dish that my son ordered. The food was outstanding, but was not cheap. That was ok with me, as I wanted to eat good food and I think we got our money's worth.
