Had a wonderful meal here. The staff was very friendly, the location is cozy. Above all, the food was stunning. Salad very fresh with a nice sesame oil sauce, the veggies I grilled were tasty and fresh. The meat was as delicious as it gets... The cuts were awesome and the taste was just amazing.

We went here for our final night in Tokyo. Really delicious. It looked like we were the only foreigners in the restaurant (and it was nearly packed at 9pm when we got there). I don't believe they have an English menu, but some of the staff do speak a little if you need help with the menu. You'll g...et both the main menu, and the specials they they happen to have for that day/week. I'd say just be adventurous and choose some items from the specials menu and some of the main. On the main menu, you'll see items with sort of a green stamp above them, which denotes what is popular or recommended. You probably can't go wrong even if you can't read what they say. We had about 3 appetizers and about 4-5 selections of meat and felt that was around the right portion size for two. They also have soup noodles and such but we didn't order any of that. Don't be afraid to ask how long things should cook for. For most thin slices of meat, just a little time on each side is enough. More exotic things like heart should be cooked through for a while. The staff at the bar were nice enough to help us with the more thorough ones to make sure we cooked it long enough. Also, be sure to ask what is recommended in terms of the dipping sauce (if any) should be used. There is a sweet soy sauce and a wasabi/soy combo (you mix yourself). Some meats are intended to be dipped while others are already marinated and should just be eaten. For two people, with drinks, and depending on how much you order, you'll reach the $100-$130 mark unless you really want to stuff yourself. I probably don't recommend you stuff yourself if you aren't experienced with yakiniku otherwise if you are continually under cooking stuff, you might be in for an unpleasant time :)
