We focus all of our efforts into serving "impressionably delicious" motsu-nabe from the very first bite. Because of this, we carefully select food ingredients and make soup by many trial-and-errors.
We pay careful attention to fusing the flavors of food ingredients and our soup to invent our own started Hakata-style Motsu-nabe.
