“Diner where a wonderful pork cutlet set meal is served, there are a few caveats to using it”
ひっそりと佇む居酒屋のような外観のトンカツ定食の食堂です。入口入ってすぐのところにカウンター席があり、店の奥及び2階にテーブル席があります。店内は奥行きはありますが幅が狭く、特にカウンター席の後ろの通路は狭いです。人一人分は普通に通行できますが人がすれ違うのは難しいでしょう。店の入り口には段差があるため、車椅子などの障害を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方の利用はあまりお勧めできません。 注文から給仕までやや時間を要しますが、その分しっかりと料理が拵えられているように思います。赤身の部分も充分に柔らかいですが噛み応えがあり、且つ舌触りも水っぽい不愉快感はなく、美味しくいただくことが出来ました。 この食...堂ではテイクアウトも営業もしていますが、作り中のテイクアウト用の弁当をカウンターの客席の前に置いていました。狭い厨房の中での効果的な配膳の結果だと思いますが、カウンターに座って食事している客の目の前に弁当が置かれるのはあまりいい気分ではありませんでした。 It's a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) set meal diner with the appearance of a quiet Japanese style pub. There are counter seats right at the entrance, and tables at the back of the diner and on the second floor. The inside of the diner is deep but narrow, especially the passage behind the counter seats, allowing one person to pass through, but it would be difficult for people to pass each other. There is a step at the entrance of the diner, so it's not recommended for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage. Although it takes some time from ordering to serving, the dishes seems to be well prepared for that. The lean part of the meat was tender enough but still chewy, and the texture was not watery or unpleasant. This diner is also open for both take-out and business, but the bento for take-out that were being made were placed in front of the counter seats. I guess it was an effective way of serving food in a small kitchen, but I didn't feel good about having the bento right in front of the customers putting on the counter.

“The best Tonkatsu in Japan”
Sangenton Brand Pork is choice from Loin and Fillet, but Loin should be recommended. Pork is fried by low temperature lard oil deliberately with enough time each one. (So you should wait at least half an hour. ) Artistic Tonkatsu is very thick but well done without greasiness. Side dishes are po...tatoes salad and Japanese Tsukamoto and Misosoup with pork. They also very delicious.
