What suits the atmosphere in our restaurant, said to be the root of Japanese-style bars, is Yakitori and simmered giblets, as well as delicious sake.
It is important for giblets to be fresh. We carefully, slowly simmer fresh giblets for hours in our restaurant. We serve them with care from a large pot located in the back of our kitchen whenever customers order them. Enjoy them with plenty of chopped Welsh onions and Shichimi (blend of 7 spices).
