Please enjoy the monthly course prepared by the chef, which uses Japanese sake carefully selected by the sommelier, which changes daily, and high-quality ingredients such as Kagurazaka's specialty "Aigamo no Jibuni", black throat, and Matsuzaka beef. [Sake] More than 50 kinds of sake from all over Japan are carefully selected by the owner sommelier "Naoki Yamaguchi" who has written books about sake, and the contents are constantly changing.
