“Yes I go there, yes....”
So many times I had to go there until, my house dragon, return to here mermaid form. God, as a cooling place. It's the best.

“well ? NOT”
Sometimes when I travel I have the urge for some USA comfort food. Today was one of those occasions and Denny's seemed to fit the bill. Located at the Tokyo Dome, it's usually pretty damn crowded, but today the wait was less than 10 minutes (still too long for me) before we were seated. The menu w...as subtitled in English making ordering less adventurous, yet I didn't see some of the meals I've seen on Denny's menus in the past. No burgers, no nachos, no hot dogs, and no HUGE refillable sodas (I didn't really expect this). We did find a hamburger steak (sort of) for me with 4 french fries (yep, 4 total), which my twin daughters commandeered immediately. It was just ok. Although the gravy was ok, the steak (?) was actually quite bad. It did come with rice, a redeeming factor. My wife had the shrimp pasta and she said it was "alright" meaning that it wasn't horrible, but doubtful she'd order it again. My twins had the sausage and meat patty plate and, surprisingly, the youngest ate both her meat patty and her sisters' while neither touched the sausages (daddy-garbage-can ate those). We asked for the shaved ice pictured on the menu and unfortunately they were out so we settled on the short stack dessert pancakes instead. Sadly, it went untouched by the rug rats so it was up to mommy and daddy to finish it (and we were glad to oblige). Service was pleasant, but NOT up to the standards that we've come to expect during our visit to Japan. They do have a restroom in house which is 100X better than the Tokyo Dome toilets. FREE table water ( we've come to find it isn't always free ). Nonsmoking.
