“Good fusion of western and traditional Japanese foods”
I came here with my family for breakfast numerous times while on vacation. They serve a nice mix of Western and Traditional Japanese breakfast meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even with our broken Japanese. The meals were flavorful and filling, which is all you can ask for in a bre...akfast.

“Like the ambience”
Food is very good. Seats very good. Baby slept well in the couch. Wife loves the Tonkatsu. I love Udon with rice topped with raw tuna.

“Denny's of course in Japanese way”
Like any other Denny's in Japan, this one offers a fusion menu of Western and Japanese dishes. The serving portion is certainly Japanese. Except for breakfast, some westerners may be a little disappointed at the serving portion, especially for lunch and dinner. When we visited this Denny's for lu...nch, their service was quite good and waitresses were very attentive. I ordered Club House Sandwiches and to my surprise and contrary to what I've just written here, its serving portion was as good as that of the North American Denny's. Looking around our table, I was certain it was an exception.

“Convenient, clean and good service”
This Denny's is on the 2nd floor of the Hotel Mets Komagome. It opens at 6am which is convenient if taking an early shinkansen. The place is old and worn but very clean. The free breakfast included choices of American or Japanese items. The staff was always very attentive and professional.

“Fusion comfort food”
We went to Denny's for breakfast expecting an American breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they serve more than that (although if you were only looking for that American diner experience, you'd be heavily disappointed). Basically, if you took the comfort foods of an American styl...e breakfast and a Japanese style breakfast and mashed them together, you'd get Japan's Denny's. We tried one breakfast that seemed more Western and one that seemed more Japanese. Both were good, decent comfort food. Service, however, was a bit slow (it looked like they were in between shifts or something).
