“Fast and affordable meal”
One of the better choice for fast and relatively decent Japanese food in this area. As usual, the shop is compact but the service is good and fast. The set meal is value for money.

“Cheapest Meal in Japan but oh so good.”
My first experience of Yoshinoya was in downtown Los Angeles in the late 80's. The tender sliver thin beef over rice memory has never left me. Now we are in Tokyo and we had to eat here ... and it did not disappoint. The working men stop in and eat at the counter and within 10 minutes are gone but w...e took our time and savored every bit of this meal. Cheapest bill and super satisfying. Nothing wrong with a chain restaurant as long as it's good. This was good! Enjoy

“decent backup option”
the place we wanted to go was fully booked and just wanted something quick & cheap. decided to try yoshinoya since it's a well known fast food Japanese brand. had the beef bowl with egg & vegetable curry don. both were ok, not great, but for about 1000 yen for 2 meals, it was good value. wouldn't r...ecommend it unless on a strict budget or dire circumstances
