Since opening, we have specialized in crab dishes produced mainly in Hokkaido. Our seven different courses of “Kani Zanmai Kaiseki” serving three types of crabs – Horsehair Crab, Red King Crab and Hokkai Matsuba Crab – are very popular. We also serve à la carte dishes made from Hokkaido’s seasonal mountain vegetables and seafood. Try our luxurious specialty “Hokkai Matsuba Crab Shabu” by eating fresh snow crab in Shabu Shabu. This is only possible in a specialized restaurant.
