Fine meat searched, carefully selected and stocked via an originally established route. Enjoy the umami (Japanese savory taste) of meat via delicious dishes such as shabu-shabu or sukiyaki.
Besides the basic golden soup stock, Chiriya’s original four different types of soup are available; such as their golden, white, red, and black soup stock. All of which go amazingly well with meat.
