For this experience event, we have prepared an original special course for our guests to fully get acquainted with traditional Japanese food culture, including classic Japanese izakaya offerings selected by the discerning eye of our master chef, each dish featuring traditional seasonal themes and flavors.
In addition, we have added a two-hour all-you-can-drink menu for a full Japanese "dinner banquet" experience. This includes unique Japanese favorites such as sake, barley and potato liquors (shochu), and Japanese plum wine (umeshu)!

Restaurant’s request for cancellationIf circumstance renders our restaurant unable to hold an event, notice will be given by 7PM 3 business days in advance of the scheduled day using the contact information submitted at the time of application.You will also be eligible for a full refund.
On the day of the event, if you become ill or are otherwise deemed unfit to participate, we may respectfully insist that you retire from the event and/or venue, or otherwise follow instructions issued by our staff. In this case, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

    Cooking experience making traditional dashi stock from katsuobushi (bonito or skipjack tuna flakes) and kombu (edible kelp) and later, using your dashi to create two simple Japanese dishes.
    Savor the exquisite taste of your own dashi-based "suimono" (clear broth) and "owanmono" (soup-based dish), as taught to you by our friendly chef.
    Afterwards, enjoy a sumptuous course featuring seasonal cuisine and Japanese Black wagyu shabushabu!
