|Customer’s request for cancellation||For cancellations, please contact us by 7PM at least 3 business days in advance.|
(cancellations up to 1 business day in advance incur 50% of the participation charge, whereas same day cancellations incur the entire participation charge as cancellation fees.)
|Restaurant’s request for cancellation||If the event cannot be held due to the restaurant's circumstances, notice will be given as per the contact information provided by 7 PM three business days prior to the event. In the event that down payments have been made in advance repayment will be made.|
