Our artisan chefs pay fastidious attention to preparation details using our secret sauce continuously added on for over 25 years, natural salt from Amakusanada Beach in Kumamoto prefecture, and Binchotan Charcoal from the Tosa and Miyazaki to serve flavors prepared by professional artisan chefs.
