We offer a wide range of Japanese-style pastas dishes, prepared with various food ingredients to compliment pasta - soy sauce, seaweed, wasabi, bonito flakes, chopped burdock roots, fresh wheat gluten, soy milk skin (a delicacy) and cod roe from Hakata. Please come enjoy our Japanese-style pasta, presented in a large bowl of Mino pottery from Gifu prefecture. The texture of our pasta is chewy because we use 100% Durum wheat flour and water to prepare and age our homemade fresh pasta. Please come enjoy the springy, chewy texture of our pasta.
