Our chargrilled eel, prepared by the chef cutting one live eel open at a time by hand, skewered, then perfectly grilled over intense heat from the Binchotan (high-grade white) charcoal, is characteristic for the grilled color and aroma unique to the Jiyaki style "grilled eel."
The grilled surface of the eel is crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and finished to the "original Uoi flavor." Please come enjoy our authentic flavor created by our chef's distinguished culinary skills passed down over centuries.
