We were looking for a place for dinner at Dotonburi and came across this small restaurant on the second floor of a small commercial building. (Looks like every shop in the building is a restaurant.) The concept of the restaurant appears to be “from farm to table” and from our limited Japanese, we ...understand that a lot of the produce used are from their group of farms around Japan. As each dish is quite small, we ordered a lot of different dishes to share. We love the variety. The best dish (for us) is the stir fried chicken drumstick fillet, featured on the cover of the menu. Very tasty! Service was great. The waiter also gave us some sample size miso sauce when we left the restaurant. The only downside was smoking is allowed in the restaurant so we left quickly after dinner.

“Something different something good!”
I was with my family in Osaka doing what tourists do, visiting Dotonbori and trying to decide where to have dinner amidst the hundreds of restaurants and food stalls. We did not have a dinner plan and pretty much randomly walked into whatever we thought was good. Most places in plain view were full ...so we went into this building along the main street and went floor by floor to see if any place caught our eye. Here I found what I thought was one of the best restaurants on my trip! While everywhere else was promoting Kobe beef and crab, these guys specialize in chicken! I had the ramen, fried chicken wings, gyoza, hotdogs and fried chicken crisps and they were amazing! The ramen broth was thick and flavourful and the slices of meat were tender and juicy. You have to try their homemade miso paste which they recommend you eat it with cucumber. The service was great as well and they gave me some miso paste as a souvenir. Great service, English/Chinese menu and I will recommend it to anyone visiting Dotonbori. ;)

“Farm supplied restaurant serving great raw chicken and mushroom steak”
Their main dishes feature half raw chicken, either in a soy based sauce or paired with avocado and a tinge of wasabi. For the more adventurous try the chicken motsu, the slightly salty sauce that accompanied is just perfect for the chewy innards. All in, a great venture, with great quality chickens ...and eggs.

“Special experience in Tsukada Nojo again”
I've tasted the dishes in Tsukada Nojo in Nishi-Shinjuku in last year, and again I got its delicious food in Namba, Osaka within early Aug. I like its atmosphere and food. Of course the staff in this restaurant is very friendly and passionate, which is one of the reasons why it's atmosphere is so... warm. You'd better try its food, and I believe you will love it.
