“Great view, good ambience, but limited choice of food (Disappointed towards service)”
This is my first time dining for this restaurant. Before arrival, was very excited and looking forward to enjoying the meal and have a great gathering with my friend (Birthday girl). My friend's birthday is on November 11, I reserved this restaurant to celebrate for her. And I called the restauran...t for a reservation. (I spoke well Japanese). Reserve for 2, great view and ask if there any little cake can be provided to surprise my friend and I am more than happy and willing to pay for additional charges. The staff on the phone, taking the order said (No worries, there are no additional charges for the birthday cake, we will definitely arrange for you). I am so appreciated, happy and looking forward. The varieties of food is too little. The cost performance is too low. About the staff attitude, overall okay, I wouldn't say perfect or great, but will use [so so] to describe. So far, I only remember 2 waiters and cashier with greeting and smile. The rest are like zombies or death. No smile at all. I have been arranged for the corner seats blocked by the wall and facing the building (I don't really mind if there are almost fully booked. But no... there are plenty of seats available all the time I dine in there... (Yet my friend happy to say that, Hmm... quite a nice view). I didn't complain about anything or unhappy when dining with my friend, because I don't wanna ruin her mood. We have a great chat, this is the most important. We have sat there for about 2.5 hours, and I am waiting and looking at every waiter pass by if they gonna ask me when should they serve the cake to my friend. Oh... finally is here... but has been served to the guest seat next to our table. A special piece of cake with sparkling juice. I was thinking.... [we came first, how come they serve that table? Hmm... maybe next will be us....] Well, the waiter comes again to our table with a smile and said.... is times up... you may go to pay for your bill.... This experience was totally different from my expectations. I never expect that I could get this kind of service from so call 5 stars hotel and located at the tallest building - Harukas, brand Marriot. Disappointed and I think it will be difficult for me to dine in this place again. First and last visit to Live Kitchen Cooka.

“Great views but limited buffet selections”
This buffet restaurant is located at the Osaka Marriott Mikayo on the 19th floor. I made a booking and requested and was granted a window table which had great views over Osaka. The positives are the views, ambiance and unlimited drinks including beer and wine. As far as variety, the buffet did... not have a very large selection available. Disappointingly also not many Japanese options. The ice cream bar was a great hit, with a line up as there were many varieties of ice cream to choose from. Easy access by arriving atTennoji Station and located in the same building as Abeno Harukas

“Good quality but limited choice”
I try this restaurant for two time. One is the dinner buffet, one is the breakfast. For the dinner buffet, their food selection is very limited, but the food quality is good, i loved that salmon very much. However, the bar and ice cream is very attractive, for the drink bar, they can make a special... drink which combine cocktail and juice based on guest request. for the ice cream, they have provide many choice for it, and taste soft. For the breakfast, i am not use they have a paper which can order omelet, but they really have small stick for each table, that one is very convenient to gave the staff to order a omelet and you don't need to go outside directly.

“This is the buffet restaurant inside the Osaka Marriott”
We ate a dinner and a couple of breakfasts here. Standard buffet fare including a carving station that served a pretty good sliced beef. Note that eggs we were served here and in Tokyo were undercooked by Western taste. If you don't want runny omelets or over barely fried eggs you will need to sp...ecify as much.
