A restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine using carefully-selected ingredients by the chef who has experienced at Gion, Kyoto. Seafood is also handpicked by the chef himself at the market every day. We use Kyoaka-jidori (free-range) chicken, A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu beef, vegetables from contracted farmers or handpicked at the market. We serve various selections of drinks such as sake, wine, and shochu.
