“the best I ever had”
I never imagined it to be so good... but I now know better... it's even worth 6/5 stars. of course kobe beef is pricey... but it is well worth it.

“Get a taste of Kobe beef without ruining yourself”
I found this restaurant by accident and could not find a lot of information about it in English on the internet. I’m glad I gave it a try! I went early in the evening and got seated at the bar immediately. Since I was on my own and never tried Kobe beef before, I wanted to get a taste but without ru...ining myself. I opted for the small portion of intermediate quality meat within the basic menu set (salad, grilled vegetables, soup and white rice on the side) with an ice Oolong tea. The total bill amounted to 4.500 yen or about 40 usd, which I found reasonnable given the quantity, quality of food and service. The cook prepares the dish in front of you and gives you advice on how to taste the meat with the different seasonings. A journey for your senses! On top of that, he spoke a few words of French, which made the whole experience something even more pleasant. The cooking was perfect and the meat melts in your mouth. I’m usually picky with high-end food experiences but I truly enjoyed every aspect of the dinner and can only recommend this place.

“Worth it!”
This place was near our hotel so we decided to go in and try it. Totally worth the cost. The food was excellent as was the experience. You get your own personal chef cooking your food right in front of you and offering suggestions on sauce pairings.
