Served in our own private room, this meal of special Osaka dishes reflected Japanese culinary culture of balance: Elegant dishes in a simple, serenne atmosphere. Each dish was presented for all to share, varying between local foraged fare, to delicate seafood selections and hand pulled noodles: 12 ...courses in all, paired with local Sake flights. Delightful!
