“We tryed shabu shabu here and it was very nice”
First time in japan, so I'm not an expert, but the meet was very good to me. The service was also very good. They do not really speak English though, which actually adds to the experience :-)

“Overpriced”
I had a reasonable, but by no means special nor memorable. I wasn't given an otoboshi when I sat nor tea at all. Others were served. Sake was commercial stuff from a screw-top bottle and pricey. The cost was significant for what was not a significant meal.
