Torimotsu, a chicken inner dish seasoned by soya and sugar is popular and awarded top rank in 'B class gourmet' contest in Japan. Class B means a daily humble dish still delicious. A line of visitors is seen on weekends.

“Must try”
Good for Houtou noodle & simmered chicken organ. I didn’t know their soba noodle is much popular than Houtou which is well cooked together with pumpkin in hot pot and very popular noodle in Yamanashi. So, they have only one choice of Houtou but very tasty. Simmered chicken organ is no doubt tasty. ...Truly recommend to try!
