Focusing on morning-caught local fish, we offer seasonable fresh fish.
Beginning with the eels of Lake Hamana, we list our menu with springy bonito from Enshunada, Maisaka's famous winter specialty non-farmed tiger fugu, the summer's pike conger cuisine and other such ingredients and dishes distinctive of Hamamatsu. For our stock we march directly to the harbour where we choose our fish at the auction. Our specialty of serving only the superb freshness of excellent fish caught the same day has been the specialty of our cheerful business since its inception. Typically our Japanese sake and shochu exceeds a total of 60 varieties. Currently, our popular domestic wines exceed 5 varieties. A rare gem is surely to be encountered.
