The store serves 「yakiton」used Shirogane pork , real shochu,etc, and puts weigh on materials for cooking, and is simple.
「yakiton」is grilled with head charcoal and the natural salt. It used 「Shirogane pork」from Iwate Prefecture Hanamaki to which the best spring water was given. That makes pork tender amd mellow . This store prepares for〝 Sato no kurofu〟(shochu) that ordered from Kyushu with an earthen sake pots and sake cups. The shochu was mixed with natural water, matured a day, and warmed with charcoal fire. And Konnyaku, soba noodles ,tukeage(a kind of tenpura), tofu and oyster,etc which all stuck to the source, provided in the excellent tast. Simple and artless, but It' for adult that serves delicious dishes actually.
