“The offer was delayed and I couldn't eat okonomiyaki. No apology. オススメしません。”
Okonomiyaki did not come out even after the scheduled service time. After all, it was time for the Shinkansen and we couldn't eat it. There was no apology from the staff, rather we were ignored. It was very unpleasant. Will never go. 事前に教えていただいた提供目安時間を過ぎてもお好み焼きが出てこず、新幹線を予約していたので結局時間切れになりました。謝罪は一切なし...。スタッフはこちらと目も合わせず。非常に不愉快でした。

“Staying at the Sheraton and wanted a quick lunch”
We are staying nearby and wanted a quick lunch and for that purpose this place fits the bill. I order the chicken pieces my wife the chicken wings. The oyinkini sauce is very good. The wings for me were lacking sufficient meet and was over cooked, the chicken pieces come in a bubbly batter that was ...very nice. We also had two Asahi. Service was very quick and efficient and an English menu is available. It is expensive for what it was but if you want something quick then I recommend this place.
