Very berry soup Yanaijamuzu

I love this cafe. It's quiet, has a calm, friendly atmosphere and the staff are great. This is the perfect place to get food and stay for a while - I'm a writer so sometimes I sit in this cafe for hours. The menu is mostly different kinds of soups you can have with bread or rice and also some pasta... dishes and a variety of desserts. It's not the cheapest, but you can get a store card that comes with benefits. And be aware that if you're there at a busy time, which isn't often, it's really slow service. It's kid friendly, with some toys and a small climbing frame and some picture books. Also, it's attached to a hair Salon if you need a cut and style, too. From the station you would walk through the underpass, head for the big Youme town and should find it easily from there. I speak Japanese so I can't account for how well they can communicate in English but you can just point at the menu. They close on Mondays and Tuesdays. Open from 10am to 19:00pm I believe.
