We have been to this restaurant many times and in the past it was great, but sadly it has really gone downhill of late. The food still tastes yummy but the portions are nearly half what they used to be and it is verging on a rip off with the price remaining pretty much the same. The service last n...ight was absolutely pitiful. We were a group a 4 celebrating a birthday and from the moment we sat down nothing went right with the ordering, food delivery or customer care. It was obvious that our waitress was new and not yet trained however, we asked the other waiters to step in and take over and they were all just as bad. Meals were either not ordered in the kitchen at all or were completely wrong, drinks were not refreshed and we almost had to stand up to get someone over to the table. Probably the worst thing of all was the manager who not only denied being the manager despite being the only one in a suit and circling the restaurant while giving orders to the waiters, but he also refused to address the compounding mistakes and offered no apology whatsoever for the atrocious service. It was as if they were trying to drive us off........ From the thin and crumbling wet towels, the low-grade chopsticks, 70% smaller portions to the untrained staff everything in this once lovely restaurant has been downsized and cut back. It really is a shame because it truly was one of our favorites and we will never step foot in there again after last night. Heather Farrell
