“Oysters!”
My wife and I stopped for lunch on our way from Asakusa to Ueno Park. Ordered the oyster set - four raw oysters from two different locations, four fried, some kind of oyster stew, and a pasta with oysters. Had a couple beers. Most customers were local, always a good sign. Loved all of it. The total... was about $50. About the only complaint is that the toilets are outside, and there was a bit of a line. Recommended, worth a climb to the third floor.

“Nice lunch spot near Ueno park”
My friend wanted to eat western food, and the paella here looked fantastic to her so we decided to do the line. Given that it's in a mini mall next to the station filled with restaurants I thought it was going to be a tourist trap but the food was really good and tasty. We went there on a Saturday a...fternoon and had to wait for 30m for a table.
